• The Google Form on our Contact and Giving Back pages (name, contact info, your message, vehicle details, etc.).
• Calendly when you book a detail (name, email, phone, address, and appointment details).

Our website itself does not store or keep any personal data. Form submissions go directly to Google Forms / Google Sheets, and bookings go directly through Calendly.

• To respond to questions and messages you send us.
• To schedule and show up for your detail.
• To follow up after service and keep you posted on your membership perks.

We do not sell your personal information — ever.

Protecting your information is a real priority. We rely on trusted services (Google and Calendly) that use industry-standard security, and we keep access to your details limited to what we need to take care of your vehicle. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable measures to keep your info safe.

• Payment is handled in person, after the service is complete — no online payment needed.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, just reach out. We're flexible and try to make it easy.
